Although we are limited in our ability to physically gather to worship at the present time, the Church is still very much alive and kicking, and finding new ways to serve the community and share the good news of Jesus.
Here are some links to the Diocese of Exeter’s website to help you in prayer at home:
- Simple Acts of Worship for Those Unable to Attend Church
- Prayers for Sundays @ 7pm candle lighting
- ‘Grass Roots’ is a series of resources made by the Diocese of Exeter for the people of Devon. It is a collection of ideas and activities written to encourage us to think about how we might follow Jesus. It highlights how the life lessons Jesus taught to his disciples 2000 years ago are as relevant as ever to us in Devon today.
Please join us in praying – for all who are anxious or isolated, for God’s protection to be over all healthcare workers, for those who have died and those who mourn, for the emergency services, for teachers and school-children, for our political leaders and for the wider world.
